Shipping Policy

• Delivery time: Up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of payment and confirmation of the order.

• Shipping fee: 30 NIS via Israel Post.

• You can choose the self-pickup option by prior arrangement.

• The site is not responsible for delays or malfunctions resulting from the shipping company or external factors.

Cancellations and refunds

• The return policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981.

• A transaction can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is not damaged and has not been used.

• Cancellation will be made in writing only via email to the address: Kfir@kfirziv.com.

• In the event of a transaction cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the cancellation fees stipulated by law (up to 5% or 100 NIS - whichever is lower).

• Custom-made or customized works (such as special-order prints or framing at the customer's request) will not be returned.

Warranty and service

• Each piece is packaged and shipped with great care and professionalism.

• In the event of damage during shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours of photographing and receiving the package.

• The site will review the case and offer a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the circumstances.
