Welcome to the official website of Laurence Ziv.
This website enables the purchase of original artworks and official prints by the artist.
By using the website and making a purchase through it, you fully agree to all of the following terms and conditions.

1. General

The website is operated and managed by Laurence Ziv (hereinafter: “the Website”).

Use of the Website is permitted for individuals over the age of 18 or through a legal guardian.

Laurence Ziv reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at his sole discretion.

2. Orders and Payment

Purchases on the Website can be made by credit card or other payment methods as may be published from time to time.

An order is considered complete only after receiving payment confirmation from the credit card company and final approval from the Website.

If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified, and the transaction will either be canceled or replaced with an alternative of the customer’s choice.

3. Shipping and Self-Collection

Delivery time: Up to 14 business days from the date payment and order confirmation are received.

Shipping fee: 30 NIS via Israel Post.

Self-collection is available by prior arrangement.

The Website is not responsible for delays or malfunctions caused by the shipping company or by external factors.

4. Cancellations and Returns

The return policy complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

A transaction may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it has not been damaged or used.

In the event of cancellation, the payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee as permitted by law (up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS — whichever is lower).

Custom-made or personalized artworks (such as specially ordered prints or framing requests) cannot be returned.

5. Warranty and Customer Service

Each artwork is carefully and professionally packaged and shipped.

In the event of damage during delivery, notification must be sent within 48 hours of receiving and photographing the package.

The Website will review the case and offer a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.

Laurence Ziv or his legal heirs bear no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the purchase, use, or viewing of artworks displayed on this Website.
The content presented on the Website — including descriptions, technical details, recommendations, or interpretations of artworks — does not constitute professional advice or investment recommendation.
Any use of the information, descriptions, or other content on the Website is solely at the user’s responsibility.

6. Copyrights and Intellectual Property

All rights to the artworks, images, texts, and content on this Website are reserved to Laurence Ziv and his legal heirs.
No part of the Website’s content may be copied, reproduced, published, or used in any form without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject exclusively to Israeli law.
Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
