Jerusalem

In the “Jerusalem” series (1972), Laurence Ziv explored the city as a space of sacred and material, light and shadow, life and death. For him, Jerusalem was an emotional and spiritual realm where identity, faith, and memory intertwine. As an artist-architect, he saw it as a living, breathing entity, layered with history and soul.
